This is why we developed the IPC system for our gas filling systems. You can sit back and relax; the system monitors the filling process, documents all quality-relevant data and provides information concerning the status of the gas filling system – automated, without additional personnel expense. In addition, filling parameters can be set individually and changed at any time; this means that your gas filling system can be easily adapted to changing requirements.
The core of the IPC is an industrial PC with touch display. Thanks to state-of-the-art technology every filling process is visualised and documented. The barcode of an IG unit can be read in or an order number can be entered for IG unit identification, enabling traceability at any time.
Via a label printer a label can be produced with all relevant data, for each IG unit. Through the local network connection all production data can be easily downloaded via the integrated FTP server or transferred into a database.
If there are technical questions, our Service team can connect to the system via remote maintenance and immediately prepare a diagnosis, saving time and money.
A separate gas analyser (type ISO-GAS-Control) can be integrated for quality control. Thus all measured QA values can be saved. This means that the user has conclusive documentation relative to the quality of his gas filling.
